Flagstaff farewelled us with sleet and snow and a late start; we were further delays by a carsick cat and an escaped dog in Winslow. After a long two days of driving in an overloaded car we arrived in Leavenworh, Ks and hung out with my family for a few days before our flight to Bangor Me in the morning. We packed everything for the tour then checked the pack list; the only thing we will be leaving without is the soap, we will get some shortly I'm sure. Tomorrow will mostly be spent flying and putting the tandem back together before the short twelve mile ride to Winterport, then the real fun shall begin on Tuesday.

Gma said she couldn't believe what you had in that little car...not sure how you got it all in, but I have a mental picture of a clown car where it seems like a bottomless pit and things just keep coming out.... Be safe and stay in touch!
